Food is an art that passes the good of every people from generation to generation. In food the ancestry’s identity, traditions and habits are anchored.

In rich and diverse Latin America, each regional cuisine has its own specific flavors, but we also see many similarities. Just the similarities and differences Restaurant RyZ wants to honor and spread. We have selected a number of representative dishes for our menu from all Latin American cuisine. We are sure that you will be delighted to find some traditional dishes from every country but at the same time also recognize parts we share with other people and what unites us.

Because that’s what a kitchen does: it makes chefs to brothers, it makes friends to friends and it unites people who are proud of their dishes. We are therefore proud to cook your meal because if we eat together we learn and appreciate the culinary benefits of all people and we connect ourselves.
